THESPIS

Terms of Service

Last updated 19 October 2026.

Who provides Thespis

Thespis is provided by La Royale Investments Pte Ltd, Singapore (“we”). It is a publishing tool for TikTok accounts that the company owns. It is not offered to the public.

Who may use it

Only people we authorise may use Thespis, and only to publish content for accounts the company owns. An account is connected only when its owner signs in with TikTok and approves the permissions requested.

Content and labels

A person on our team approves each video and caption before it is posted. We post content in line with TikTok’s Terms of Service, Community Guidelines and API terms. We switch on TikTok’s AI-generated content label for AI-generated video and TikTok’s commercial content disclosure for promotional posts.

Connecting and disconnecting an account

An account owner can withdraw Thespis’ access at any time in the TikTok app under Settings and privacy, Security, Manage app permissions. We stop using the account once access is withdrawn. To have us disconnect an account and delete what we hold for it, write to socialmedia@laroyale.com.

Availability

Thespis depends on TikTok’s services. We do not promise that a post will be accepted, published or available at any particular time, because TikTok decides that.

Changes

We may change these terms. The date at the top shows when they were last updated.
